DelMar Land Inc was incorporated in 1996 and has provided consulting engineering, construction and construction management services to a diverse client base in Maryland and Delaware. The firms principals are registered professional engineers with specializations in geotechnical engineering and hydraulics and hydrology. DelMar Land is a certified WBE/DBE firm from DELDOT(Delaware Department of Transportation) and MDOT(Maryland Department of Transportation).

The emphasis of our consulting engineering services centers on field investigation and design of Best Managment Practices (BMPs) related to Storm Water Management. DelMar Land engineers have more than thirty years of field experience and pride themselves on accurate and comprehensive site charaterization. Implemented BMPs include pervious pavement and bioretention facilities. In this competitive market we are keenly aware that efficiency in design and maximation of developable site area are key to successful design.

DelMar Land has provided design/build and construction management services for residences, churches, commercial buildings, stream crossings and storm water managment upgrades. Current projects include project engineering for the completion of the Clemson Corner Shopping Center in Frederick, Maryland and the restoration of a 100-year cottage in the Milton, Delaware historic district.
